SHIPPING POLICY

To give you the widest selection of designs, colors, and sizes, each item is printed and shipped on demand.  This means that items are subject to production time before they can ship.  Therefore you need to add the Production time and the Shipping time to get an idea of how long it will take to receive your order.

 

PRODUCTION TIMES

2 to 5 days (typical)

2 to 14 days (peak holiday season October 1 to December 31)

 

SHIPPING TIMES

4 to 7 days

 

TOTAL PRODUCTION + SHIPPING TIMES

6 to 12 days (typical)

6 to 21 days (peak holiday season October 1 to December 31)

Orders $50.00 and over:    FREE

 

ORDER TRACKING

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the order.  Once your items have been produced and shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package(s).  Note that if you order multiple types of products, it is possible that some products may be produced and shipped from different locations and you may receive the different products at different times.
